Venue Hire

Longbeach Learning and Activity centre offers six multi-purpose meeting and events spaces to hire. From events for 70 people in our light filled Activity Rooms 1 & 2 to intimate boardrooms of 6 guests in the Meeting Room 2.

 

Longbeach learning and Activity Centre is a welcoming and inclusive venue in a great location adjacent to Chelsea shops, Chelsea train station (350m) and buses with on-site car parking. Our venue and all rooms are wheelchair accessible.  Our rooms are available for hire morning through to evening 7 days per week. Groups and organisations can hire regularly or as a one-off function or event.

 

Please note:

• We do not hire out AV equipment or computers.

• Our venue is unavailable for private parties or sales events.

• All Commercial and Community Hirers must have their own Public Liability Insurance to make a booking.

Activity Room 1 and Activity Room 2 can be utilised together as one large space, or divided into two spaces. This large space is great for meetings, exercise based classes, art groups (there are sinks available) and for community morning teas/lunches (we have urns and a small fridge available for use in these rooms and it is connected via a serving window to the kitchen).

Meeting Room 1 is a fantastic space for smaller meetings and we also run pilates/yoga classes in this carpeted room.
